What is aging gracefully?
What does aging gracefully mean to you?
 
   Today, a friend invited me to a small group where we can share tips about "aging gracefully".  I realized that I wasn't really sure what that looked like.  For me, "aging gracefully" isn't about sitting down in a rocking chair and being a sweet, old grandma who imparts words of wisdom.  I've traveled around the sun 64 times and I am no where near ready for that type of life.  Tonight, date-night with my husband will be 3 strings of bowling and dinner out together.  

Looking back 13 years,  I was a physical, emotional wreck.  I was resigned to the fact that I had damaged myself so badly that I would end my days in constant pain, unable to care for myself. 
 I am so grateful for the solutions that came my way!  It was a hard climb back up to where I am today but it was so worth it!

Welcome!     The more you get to know me, the more you'll realize that my biggest passion in life is equipping and empowering people to live their most powerful, healthy and abundant life possible regardless of their circumstances!  

    I grew up in New England in a large family with 5 brothers.  We lived in the city and spent free time out in the country.  I was blessed to be able to experience both lifestyles!  Today I live in rural, Southwest, Tennessee, in a town that has more cattle than people.  This allows me the freedom to care for as many animals as I choose and stay connected to God's Awesome creation!  You just never know what you're going to see out here!  

   While I love working with creatures great and small,  what lights up my life is when I am able to help someone face and overcome a challenge in their life.  When I see them get beyond that barrier and begin to Thrive, not just Survive I get goosebumps!  So if you're ready to take the challenge of overcoming your own obstacles then I'm ready to take that walk with you!   I can't do it for you but I can help you find the road to your Best Life!
